Elizabeth Jane (McCuen) Farnlof, 85, of North Kingstown, died peacefully
surrounded by her loving family on July 5, 2009 at South County Hospital. She was born in Philadelphia, a daughter of the late Frank and Lois (Edwards) McCuen, and was the loving wife of the late Rev. Fr. Norman Clifford Farnlof.

Until her retirement in 1986, Mrs. Farnlof worked for Ciba-Geigy. She was a communicant of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Wickford.

She leaves behind four daughters, Christina F. Showalter of Chestertown, MD, Rebecca J. Farnlof of North Kingstown, Deborah L. Farnlof of Wakefield, and Ellen E. Booth of Coventry. She leaves a sister, Ruth Matheson of Long Valley, N.J and four loving grandchildren, Larisa H. Showalter, Laura E. Martinique,
Chloe E. Booth and Hannah R. Booth.

Her Requiem Eucharist will be celebrated on Saturday, July 18, 2009 at 10:00 am in St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 55 Main St., North Kingstown. Interment will follow at The Old Narragansett Cemetery.
