Helen M. Bannon, 93, formerly of Central Falls, died Thursday at Grandview Nursing Center. She was the wife of the late Frederick T. Bannon and the daughter of the late Arthur E. and Alice (Bernier) VanDale. She was a communicant of Holy Spirit Parish. Her sons Frederick Bannon of Harrisville, Walter Bannon of Central Falls and Jeffrey Bannon of Smithfield, her daughter Mary Penny Boislard of Pascoag, 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren survive her. She was the mother of the late Alice Dunlap and the sister of the late George and Roland VanDale and Edna Beauvais. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 10:00 am in St. Matthew Church, Dexter St., Central Falls. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Cumberland. Calling hours are respectfully omitted.
