Paul Carvisiglia -- North Kingstown
CARVISIGLIA, Paul, 77, of North Kingstown, died peacefully at his home on July 21, 2009. He was the husband of Marian (Ricker) Carvisiglia.
Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Paul Carvisiglia and Mary (DeAngelis) Carvisiglia. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War. For 20 years, he served as Executive Director of the first strategic planning agency in Rhode Island focusing on the coordinated development of the healthcare system.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Diane Boulanger of Canton, MA and Amy Clarke of Brockton, MA; his sons-in-law, Robert Boulanger and Richard Clarke; and his three granddaughters, Abigail, Sarah and Emily Clarke of Brockton, MA. He also leaves two sisters, Florence and Louise Carvisiglia of North Kingstown.
Calling hours will be held at WOODLAWN Funeral Home, 600 Pontiac Avenue, Cranston, on Friday 9 a.m. -10 a.m. with a funeral service at 10 a.m. . Friends and relatives are invited to attend.
