Thelma F. “Trav” (Travis) Jones, 82, of Kennedy Terrace, Read St., Somerset, formerly of Fall River and Swansea, died Tuesday, September 1, 2009.

She leaves a daughter, Patricia Smith and her husband Howard of Maryville, TN; 2 brothers, William J. Travis and his wife Helen and Thomas Travis, all of Somerset; 2 nephews, Stephen and William Travis and cousins. She was the mother of the late Thomas J. Jones; the daughter of the late Henry J. and Mary M. (Holleran) Travis and the sister of the late Henry “Barney” Travis.
