Flore E. (St.Amand) Marcotte, 87, of Milliken Blvd., Fall River, formerly of Brayton Ave. widow of Henry J. Marcotte,
died Sunday, September 20, 2009.

She was employed by Fayette Sportswear for many years and was a member of the Ladies of St. Anne Sodality of the former St. Jean Baptiste Parish. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, puzzle making and Social Day Care activities at the former St. Michael Church, Swansea and especially cherished visits by her great-grandsons.

She leaves 2 children, Roger J. Marcotte and his wife June of Bristol, RI and Colette Marcotte and her husband Raymond LeBoeuf of Somerset; a granddaughter, Melissa Palmer and her husband Christopher of High Point, NC; 2 great-grandsons, Ethan and Owen Palmer; a sister, Jeannette LaFleur Dulude of East Providence, RI and nieces and nephews.

She was the daughter of the late George and Philomene (Harrison) St.Amand and the sister of the late Mary “Marie Ange” Dauphinais, Rhea Roy and Aime and George St.Amand.

Her funeral will be held Friday at 9:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in St. Mary Cathedral at 10:00 AM. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery.
