Estelle J McDonnell -- Providence
Estelle J. McDonnell (Cavanaugh) 89, of Montgomery Avenue died Thursday at the West Shore Health Center. She was the wife of the late Alexander H. McDonnell.
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Estelle (Dolan) Cavanaugh. A homemaker, Mrs. McDonnell had lived in providence since 1997.
She leaves 1 son, Hugh A. McDonnell of California; 1 daughter, Carol Ann Gardiner of West Palm Beach, Fl; 1 sister, Mary E. Cavanaugh of Providence and 2 grandchildren.
Her funeral will be Tuesday at 9 AM from the Frank P. Trainor & Sons Funeral Home, 982 Warwick Avenue, Warwick. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Paul Church, 1 St. Paul Place, Cranston at 10 AM. Calling Hours Monday 4-6 PM. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory to the St. Paul Church Memorial Fund will be appreciated. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
