Luella Ardele Bogue LaGrua, 97 of Warwick, gracefully left this world and went home to the Lord and to be with her sadly missed family on October 11, 2009.

Born on February 29, 1912, she was originally from Noank and then Stonington, Connecticut.

She was the beloved wife of the late Frank La Grua. Born in Noank, Connecticut, she was the daughter of the late William Bogue and Minnie Dewey Bogue. She was the loving mother of the late Ronald LaGrua and Dianne Robinson. She is survived by one sister, Myrtle Goulart of Mystic, Conn; and was the sister of the late Earl, Gladys and Dorothy Bogue. She was the cherished grandmother of Suzanne Robinson-Yari of New Hampshire, Julie Robinson of Cranston, William Robinson of Coventry and Jeffrey Robinson of Warwick, great-grandmother of Lily and Sophia Yari and William and Connor Robinson, and Son-in-law William Robinson. She is also survived by her good friend of many years Ginny Kennedy and her beloved cat Annie.

Her funeral service will be held Thursday, October 15, 2009 at 10:00 AM, calling hours from 9:00 to 10:00 in THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Greenwood, Warwick (Exit 12A off I-95). Burial will be private.
