Edward L Gilberti -- West Warwick
Edward L. Gilberti, 53, of West Warwick passed away Friday peacefully in his sleep. He was the beloved husband of Marie A. Caya-Gilberti for 14 years.
Born in Warwick, he was the son of the late Theodore and Joan (Blair) Gilberti.
Edward was a self employed construction and electrical worker. He enjoyed his family and friends, animals and music.
He was the loving step father of Jason M. Caya and his wife Rachael of West Warwick. Cherished grandfather of Tia Lee Caya. Devoted son in law of Robert and Madeline (Ferreira) Caya of West Warwick. Caring nephew.
A Graveside Service will be held Wednesday at 10:00 am in Pawtuxet Memorial Park, 100 Harrison Avenue, Warwick. Relatives and friends are invited and may call Tuesday 6-8 pm in THE PRATA-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 78 Providence Street, West Warwick. Gifts in his memory to Hope Veterinary Care, 62 Hope Avenue, Scituate, RI 02831 would be appreciated.
