Barbara A Clarke -- Burrillville
Clarke, Barbara A. (Sharp), 62, died October 18, 2009 at Landmark Medical Center. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Russell and Kathryn (Wathey) Sharp.
Barbara was a claims examiner for Blue Cross/Blue Shield for 18 years. She was a graduate of RI Junior College and Allied Technical.
She leaves two children, Kellianne K. Shaw and her husband Randall of Pascoag and Jonathan E. Clarke and his wife Ashlee of Cranston, and a brother, Daniel A. Sharp of Harrisville. She was the sister of the late Helen M. Collins.
Her funeral will be held Friday at 8:30 am from the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. John the Evangelist Church, Slatersville. Burial will be private. Calling hours Thursday 5-8 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimers Cure Foundation, PO Box 2543, Providence, RI 02906, RI Lions Cancer in Children Fund, PO Box 41347, Providence, RI 02940, or American Diabetes Association, 222 Richmond St, Providence, RI 02903.
