Seraphin J Perry -- West Warwick
Seraphin J. Perry, 90, of Linwood Street, West Warwick, died Wednesday at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Irene V. (Ventura) Perry.
Born in East Providence, he was a son of the late Virginia (Simas) Lombardi.
Mr. Perry was employed with Arkwright and served in The United States Army during WW II.
He was the loving father of Julie A. Perry of West Warwick, Dennis R. Perry of Coventry, and Kenneth L. Perry of Randolph, ME. Cherished grandfather of Candace Perry-Gallegos of Riverside, IL. He was the brother of the late Joseph Pereira and Virginia Lancellotti.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 9:00 am in SS Peter & Paul Church, 1853 Highland Street, West Warwick. Burial will follow in R.I. Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter. Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours are respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers, gifts in his memory to SS Peter & Paul Church, 1853 Highland St., West Warwick, RI 02893 would be appreciated. Arrangements by THE PRATA-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME.
