Mrs Martley, Wayne, David, Christina & family: Please accept my sincerest condolences on your loss. My fondest memories of Billy (aka Twinny) was his band at the Ten Mile Y where I learned how to Twist, Line Dance & Frug. Until I read his Obit, I never realized how well he served our country, but was not at all surprised by his commitment. Some things never change. Please know, that he'll forever be in my heart, as well as you all.
