Rena F (Lacombe) Mahon -- North Kingstown
Rena F. Mahon, 93, formerly of Scituate, RI, passed away Thursday, April 29, 2010 at the Scalabrini Villa in North Kingstown, RI. Born in Lowell, MA, she was the wife of the late Melvin A. Mahon and the daughter of the late Joseph E. and Florence (MacPherson) Lacombe. Rena was a salesperson for Valley Wholesale for five years before retiring. She spent most of her life in Scituate and was a member of the Scituate Vista Tenants Association in Cranston, RI. She is survived by three brothers; Robert, Joseph and Donald Lacombe and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son; Michael Mahon, two brothers; Raymond and Edward Lacombe, and two sisters; Lillian Lacombe and Helen Lowe. Her funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at 10:00 am in the Gorton – Menard Funeral Home, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Coventry, RI.
