William H. Dino, Automobile Dealer

William Harry Dino, 86, a longtime automobile dealer in Stoughton, MA, died July 6 at home, surrounded by his family.
Mr. Dino was born in Quincy, MA, the fourth of six children to Harry and Lale Dino of Albania, and grew up in Lincoln, RI. An Air Force veteran of World War II, he returned from the war to start his own business, eventually founding Dino Buick GMC, in Stoughton, which was in operation for 43 years, and later venturing into commercial real estate until his retirement in 1998. Mr. Dino was a life-long avid Red Sox fan, ecstatic to have witnessed the 2004 and 2007 World Series championships.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Guner (Jajuli), formerly of Istanbul, Turkey; his daughters, Suzanne Barrett of Alexandria, VA and Lesly Murray of Needham, MA; sons-in-law, Glenn Barrett and Paul Murray; four beloved grandchildren, Samantha and William Murray and Isabella and Joshua Barrett; two surviving siblings and several nieces and nephews.
A private family burial will take place at Swan Point Cemetery in Providence, RI. Donations may be made to The Jimmy Fund in memory of William H. Dino, c/o Dana Farber Cancer Institute, 10 Brookline Place West, 6th Floor, Brookline, MA 02445.
