William W. Tripp Funeral Home Pawtucket – Ronald W. Burdick, 66, a sales associate at Cardi’s Furniture, So. Attleboro, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 21, 2010. He was the beloved husband of Joann M. (Nozolino) Burdick, they would have celebrated their 32nd wedding anniversary in November. Born in Fall River, a son of the late Arthur N. and Rita (Garant) Burdick, he resided in Pawtucket for the past 32 years. Ron was a Vietnam War U.S. Air Force veteran. He enjoyed playing pool; fishing; Keno and playing cards at the Benefit St. Pub. Besides his wife he leaves two sons, Russell W. Burdick and SrA Nicholas J. Burdick; a daughter, Becky Griffin; a sister, Kathy Dupont and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Norman Burdick. VISITATION Monday 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by Services at 11 a.m. Interment with Military Honors will follow at the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.
