Phyllis M. Clesas (Preiss), 77, of Cranston Street died Wednesday at the Riverview Healthcare Community. She was the wife of the late William G. Clesas.
Born in Providence, a daughter of the late John W. and Elsie (Solbrig) Preiss, she had lived in Cranston for the past 45 years. Mrs. Clesas was a quality control inspector for Federal Electronics before retiring in 1990.
She leaves a son, Gregory W. Clesas and a daughter, Joanne M. Ellis both of Cranston; two sisters, Dorothy Pecchia of Cranston and Shirley Deighan of Coventry; three grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Marie Deighan, Evelyn McAuslan, Arlene Van Horn, Virginia Jackson and John Preiss.
Funeral Services will be Saturday at 10 AM in the Frank P. Trainor & Sons Funeral Home, 982 Warwick Avenue, Warwick. Calling Hours will be one hour prior to the service 9-10 AM. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. Condolences please visit www.trainorfh.com.
