Jacques, Paul D., 56, formerly of the Phenix section of West Warwick and Hope, passed away Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012 at the Eleanor Slater Hospital, Zambarano Unit in Pascoag.
Born in Providence, a son of the late Arthur F. Jacques, Sr. and the late Lorraine D. (Theroux) Sieli.
He loved spending time with his memere, Yvonne Theroux.
He is survived by a sister, Jacqueline M. Frink, of Pascoag; a brother, Arthur F. Jacques, Jr., of Warwick; four nieces; one nephew and two great nephews.
His funeral service will he held at a time to be announced. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Recreation Department at Zambarano Hospital, 2090 Wallum Lake Rd., Pascoag, RI 02859 in his memory would be appreciated. Information and condolences, please visit: www.henault-gallogly.com
