Frederick A Huse -- Foster
Frederick A. Huse, 82 of Foster, Rhode Island died Sunday at Kent Hospital, Warwick. He was the husband of Barbara Kennedy (Ames) Huse
Born in Providence, a son of the late Earl Wilbur and Edith (Grimshaw) Huse he had lived in Foster since 1943.
Mr. Huse was a graduate of Nelson W. Aldrich High School and the Barnes Agricultural College in New Hampshire. Mr. Huse was an Electrician at Foster Electric and was an active farmer. He was a Ham Radio Operator, MARS Operator, a Past President of the Lions Club and a Past Master of Moosup Valley Grange.
Besides his wife Barbara, he is survived by his daughter, Jane Sroka and her husband Ronald of Foster, three grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, March 1, 2008 at 11 am at the Moosup Valley Congregational Christian Church, 81 Moosup Valley Road, Foster, Rhode Island followed by a reception at the Foster Center Fire Station. In lieu of flowers, should friends desire contributions to VNA Care New England Hospice, 51 Health Lane, Warwick, Rhode Island 02886 or Moosup Valley Congregational Church, 81 Moosup Valley Rd. Foster, Rhode Island 02825 will be appreciated.
