BUCHANAN, Stephen S., 59, of Sunset Cove Rd, Glocester, passed away Thursday, February 5, 2009, unexpectedly at home.

Born in Boston, MA, a son of the late Woodrow C. and Myrtle Mae (Bartlett) Buchanan.

Mr. Buchanan was a telecommunication installer and repairman for Boston Edison for many years before retiring.

He leaves a sister, Mary Terenzi of West Warwick; three brothers, Wallace R. Dull, Jr. of West Warwick, Kevin D. Buchanan of West Greenwich and Ricky J. Buchanan of West Warwick and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late James, Woodie, Barry Buchanan and Kathleen Gardiner.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, February 11, 2009, at 10 am in SS. Peter & Paul Church, Highland St., West Warwick. Interment with military honors will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
