East Providence ~ Catherine (Walker) Parks, 94, of Rumford, passed away Thursday, April 30, 2009. She was the beloved wife of the late Edwin S. Parks. Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late Harry and Catherine (Stock) Walker, she resided in Rumford for the past twenty-five years. Catherine leaves two daughters, Linda Logan and Susan Ball both of Rumford; two sisters, Florence Mason of Rumford and Isabel Woodruff of Narragansett; six grandchildren, a great-granddaughter and a great great-grandson. Private services will be held at WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket. Interment will follow at Swan Point Cemetery, Blackstone Blvd., Providence. www.TrippFuneralHome.com
