Michael Jusczyk -- West Warwick

JUSCZYK, Michael, 84, of Carlson Cir., passed away Friday, June 12, 2009 at River View Health Care Community, Coventry.

He was the husband of the late Elsie O. (Francis) Jusczyk. Born in West Warwick, a son of the late Joseph and Helena (Rogowski) Jusczyk. He was a lifelong resident of West Warwick.

Mr. Jusczyk was a material controller for 35 years at Davisville and Electric Boat before retiring in 1986.
He was a WW II Army Veteran, a member of the American Legion, Post 2, Crompton Veterans Organization, a communicant of St. Mary Church, an avid walker and enjoyed fishing.

He leaves three sons, Michael S., Ronald F. and his wife Lori and Brian J. and his wife Tricia Jusczyk all of Coventry; a brother, Henry Jusczyk of Coventry; a sister, Phyllis Richards in FL; six grandchildren and a great grandchild. He was the brother of the late Sylvester, Adolph, Stanley and Edmund Jusczyk.

His funeral will be held Tuesday, June 16, 2009 at 10 am from the HENAULT – GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 5 Eddy St., West Warwick. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am in St. Mary Church, Church St., West Warwick. Burial will follow with military honors in the parish Cemetery. Visiting hours Monday 4-7 pm.
