Pawtucket - Annette T. (Duval) Paquette, 95, a resident of The Jeanne Jugan Residence, died Monday at The Residence. She was the wife of the late Valere A. Paquette. Born in Central Falls, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Donalda (Gendron) Duval.
Mrs. Paquette was a communicant of St. Teresa Church and was a member of the Legion of Mary and St. Teresa’s Seniors. She served as President of St. Cecilia Senior Citizens for three terms as well as all offices of the group. An active volunteer at LaSalette Shrine for many years, she organized many fundraising events.
She was the beloved mother of Donald G. Paquette and his wife Eunice of Cranston, Rev. Joseph R. Paquette, Pastor of St. Teresa of the Child Jesus Parish in Pawtucket, and Richard V. Paquette of Lake Worth, FL. Caring sister of Maria Tetreault of Pawtucket and the late Albert, Henry, Joseph and Theodora Duval, Bernadette Benoit, Yvonne Vaillancourt, Theresa Vadnais, and Rita Rheault. Loving grandmother of four, great grandmother of six, and great great grandmother of one. Cherished friend of Claude and Deborah Morin.
Her funeral will be held Saturday at 8:30 am from the BELLOWS-FALSO FUNERAL CHAPEL, 160 River Road, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Teresa of the Child Jesus Church, 358 Newport Avenue, Pawtucket. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket.
